The “I” and the “M” of IMC. Two makers who’ve been building events and experiences together for 25+ years.

SCOTT IHRIG

Founder (he/him)

Scott is a passionate liberal queer entrepreneur. His first company was Kaleidoscope Candies. He was 12. Now he is the I of IMC - and also the CEO. He founded the company in 2000, which seems like a really long time ago. He’s won awards with the events teams he led and has also produced traditional theatre, including The Christmas Spectacular starring the Radio City Rockettes and the off-Broadway hit DRAG: The Musical. A lifelong activist, Scott works to expand human and civil rights, develop opportunities for the disadvantaged, and assist those in need. He learned that from his mother. He has a growing fondness for gardening and woodworking, like his father. Scott loves a good spreadsheet, “cooks” with his phone, and travels with too many gadgets. He is a graduate of Grinnell College and the University of Minnesota School of Law.

SHANNON MORRISON

Founder · Global Creative Officer (he/him)

Shannon is a brave creator and a sought-after partner and collaborator for executives and professional creatives alike. He is the M of IMC - and also the Chief Creative Officer. As a writer, creative director, and executive coach, Shannon uses his unique wit to create captivating experiences and deliver business results. He has worked on the Broadway incarnations of Thoroughly Modern Millie, Movin’ Out, Legally Blonde, the Pulitzer- and Tony Award-winning musical A Strange Loop, the off-Broadway hit DRAG: The Musical, and is writing a new musical titled The Ascendants. He is also the Artistic Director at Drama Club, where he is a musical theater doula. Shannon grew up in a little town in Maine, which gave him a wicked-cute accent that shows up when he talks to his family. He loves dogs, chocolate, everything, and questionable reality television. He is a graduate of Yale and NYU and a Trustee of Kents Hill School in Readfield, Maine.

MEREDITH WALDMAN

CEO (she/her)

Meredith is a builder of brands, relationships, and teams. As CEO of IM Creative, she leads with a simple belief: business is ultimately human. Throughout her career, Meredith has helped organizations uncover what makes them distinctive and turn that insight into meaningful connections with the people they serve.

Before joining IM Creative, Meredith spent years shaping local and national brands at respected agencies in Philadelphia and New York, and later founded her own agency built around a philosophy she calls “relationship branding.” The idea is straightforward: the strongest brands are built on trust, transparency, and genuine partnership. Those principles continue to guide her work today.

Meredith joined IM Creative as Vice President of Client Experience, where she built the department from the ground up and helped deepen the agency’s commitment to relationship-driven service. Today, she is guiding IM Creative into its next chapter with a focus on connection, clarity, and commitment.

A natural collaborator and strategic thinker, Meredith is energized by bringing people together, helping teams do their best work, and building the trust that turns great partnerships into lasting ones.

Creative at IMC are storytellers who turn basic events into unforgettable experiences. From strategy-based concepts to stunning environments and visuals, the team ensures every touchpoint captivates. True partnership means strategic alignment, cohesive design, and messaging that moves people. Led by Allegra Flores, a multidisciplinary creative leader with nearly two decades of experience across experiential, broadcast, publishing, and design, Creative helps brands show up with clarity, relevance, and impact.

Led by Michael Minite, a producer, project management expert, and technical strategist, Operations brings precision, innovation, and operational excellence to every engagement.

Led by Chris Epperly, an executive producer and agency leader with deep expertise in large-scale experiential programs, Production delivers world-class experiences with confidence and consistency.
